Well we survived Easter dinner with the Ternullo family. There were 24 of us. Ceasar's in San Francisco has changed their menu and they didn't give us ravioli!! They make a delicous ravioli. Aunt Marie made a fuss about it and the waiter brought some to the table! Sometimes she makes too much of a fuss.

The housing situation is going smoothly. Or so the mortgage broker and my real estate agent tell me. I am a nervous wreck over the whole thing.

With the road north of us (Devil's slide) still closed and no opening up soon, the traffic continues to be a disaster. To see pictures go to www.coastsider.com and look for the updates on the road. Yesterday Hans tried to walk to school from where I work. The police would not let him cross highway 92 (there is a crosswalk but they have closed it off in the morning commute hours) so he had to go all the way into town and go around on highway 1. He was late getting to school yesterday. Today I had him go up 92 a bit and cross there. He made it to school with 1/2 to spare!
